I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Barre Teacher and ante and post natal qualified. I have a huge love for health, fitness, well-being and movement and created Sculpt and Sweat Studio as a way for me to share my love, passion and knowledge of health and fitness with other women around the World. I have helped thousands of women tone up, get healthy and achieve goals they never thought possible. I now create all programmes for all clients at SASS to help get you on track with your goals!

Barbara Sutovska

I am level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, Small Group Trainer and also a Pole Dance Fitness Trainer. Doing sports professionally since a young age has given me a lot of experience and knowledge in exercise and fitness. I have a strong passion for fitness and its connection to health and mental wellbeing. Through my own love of fitness I was inspired to help other women feel stronger, happier and more confident in their own skin!

Clare Passmore

Clare is a 500hr Yoga Teacher focusing on Hatha, Vinyasa and deeply rooting and nourishing classes. Yoga has been her path in patient discipline and dedication to conscious awareness and self connection. Clare’s teaching piques students ongoing curiosity with their Yoga journey and allows for physical and emotional growth.

Amara Bower

I’m a Level 3 PT and Online Coach based in East London, and  I have been coaching for four years!I love helping women build strength in the gym, grow confidence, and feel their very best.I’m also pre- and post-natal qualified.My favourite lift has to be the RDL, and I love pull-ups.
