I found Sculpt and Sweat studio online and was enticed by the 'Female Only', I booked in for a trial session followed by a phone call with Vicky and have been a SASS GIRL since. In 6 weeks, attending 3/4 classes a week, I have lost a stone. After having a previous negative experience with personal training at my local gym, I was relieved to find a PT that is super supportive, encouraging and listens to all my goals. Vicky has amazing energy and is really motivating, she tailors our sessions to my needs and pushes me to do better and improve in each one. She has made a diet plan for me which is easy to follow and works with my dietary requirements. I’ve been training with Vicky for 2 months and my journey so far has been really positive, I have already seen results with my weight loss and I can feel myself getting so much stronger. I have never been very consistent with the gym but I really look forward to my sessions with Vicky, she’s super friendly and knowledgable and the sessions are always challenging but enjoyable! My attitude towards my health, eating and fitness have completely changed since starting personal training and I feel so much healthier overall.
